The painting that changes colors during day & night

This beautiful commission piece had a very interesting and slow progression along the way. Initially, with just a few ideas to begin with and some confusion & challenges along the way, I was finally able to bring out the true colors of this piece.

Inspired by the Colors and patterns of our Galaxy and Earth, the painting at a distance shows a sense of movement through the applied textures of modeling paste and variations of the colors blue, purple, Yellow, green, and brown.

Runaway is a representation of wanting to be carefree and to live in the moment of things.

Wanting to runaway from everything you have known all your life and to just breathe and live than to survive. To escape the bubble of tradition, Image and what’s good and bad according to societal standards. To focus on what makes you happy and content with oneself.

Wondering and wandering in thought what your purpose is in this vast universe. If you’re going to break free? And if all of this will be worth it in the end?

With colors that represent independence, mystery, calmness, inspiration, new beginnings, and growth, “Runaway” is 100cm X 70cm painting completed in the fluid art technique on plywood. This painting consists of Acrylics, dish soap, rose gold leaf, silver leaf, and modeling paste!!

This was also my intended first piece of using plywood as the base and what an interesting turnout this has been
