This textured cool-hue painting is a representation of freedom, imagination,<\/p>\n
Salvation, renewal, and Abundance.<\/p>\n
Freedom from ourselves, our circumstances, or Fate.<\/p>\n
Inspired by the Colors and patterns of Len\u00e7\u00f3is Maranhenses National Park<\/p>\n
in Brazil and some tiny sparks of the soon-to-be-released Avatar movie,<\/p>\n
the painting at a distance shows a sense of movement through the applied<\/p>\n
textures and variations of the color blue and green.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
These colors also represent what we all fear, depression, lack of emotion,<\/p>\n
envy, jealousy, and lack of experience while searching for a means of<\/p>\n
freedom. While this may seem exhausting, and uneasy and what seems to<\/p>\n
be the easier way out is to end the cycle is to let go, the textures<\/p>\n
contradict these emotions by giving a sense of stability to all these<\/p>\n
emotions that run wild in our minds.<\/p>\n

Completed on a 40x 20cm wide plywood piece this commission art piece<\/p>\n
consists of textures developed by modeling paste, Acrylics, and dish soap,<\/p>\n
with hints of gold leaf.<\/p>\n
